TIS Probills 7 client-server software is used for processing, finalizing and consolidating multiple transport bills.  One invoice is generated from consolidating multiple waybills during a billing period. 

A new Internet order system allows customers to place browser based orders online, or upload data using a client application connected to a server running our Dispatch Manager III application. Please ask for details and configuration options.

The heart of our system are the powerful tools that make it easy and for the extraction of data using local or remote workstations that are able to log in from any networked location  You can filter or pull data on any condition into many formats. You can search for a record in seconds.

Reports show detailed or summarized activity on customers, drivers, vehicles, pieces and weight within any range or criteria. Reports and invoices may be exported to file formats such as Excel, PDF or HTML. allowing you to email reports amongst many other possibilities.

The TIS Probills 7 system tracks amounts paid to drivers or carriers  that are paid by percentages of deliveries, by distance or by hours.

A new optional Accounts Receivable and Check Writer module is available with the program or it can be used to compliment accounting programs such as TIS Pro Accounting or Simply Accounting.

For advanced users we provided a complete set of database management tools for backups, batch updates, and imports/exports into other applications.  Our tools are SQL '92 compliant.
