For software support please allow 24 hours for a response. Paid annual support customers have priority in the order of the request that has come in. We will help you as best as we can.
We offer in most cases we provide a two day turn around on equipment repair to our customers. We offer loaner equipment to our support customers if we are not able to repair in 48 hours or if there is an unforeseen backlog or backorder of hardware or services. The return of any hardware will require a RMA number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
