Application Service Plans	Details	Hourly Rate
Probills, Dispatch Manager, Shippers, Scale Software, and TIS Pro Network Accounting etc.	All customers who purchase our software with prepaid support plans.	$65
Regular network and technical service work.	Less than 10 hours per month. Applicable to customers without paid support.	$70
Extended technical service work	More than 40 hours per month	$65
Telephone support	15 minute increments - allows for after call notes.	$30
TIS -Accounting and Business	Basic GL and Inventory setup	$70
Support for third party systems	For systems or software not sold by TIS	$90
On site - one time incident	Without time block support plan.	$90
Programming	Details	Hourly Rate
Custom programming	Delphi, Lazuras, Databases (Absolute DB, DBISAM, Elevate DB, MySQL).	$90 per hour (Depends on development tools required)
Web site design	Basic pages, forms, and images	$50 per hour
Web site – Database applications	DELPHI- DBISAM-INTRAWEB- PHP - MS-SQL	$90 per hour (Depends on hours involved)
Web site – Five page ID package	Starter web site with supplied ready to go information & pictures.	$450 for a basic site from a template. Please ask for details.
Web site – Pictures	If we take the photos You supply	$25 per image $10 per image insertion (resize/ rendering is extra)

Training - one on one	Minimum 2 hours	$70

Support Plans	Details	Rate
TIS PROBILLS DISPATCH MANAGER II SHIPPERS – INTERNET ORDER SYSTEM -TIS PRO NETWORK ACCOUNTING	Annual support Includes after hours support. Includes free upgrades on minor versions, otherwise upgrades may be at regular rates. 20 incidents. Does not carry over if unused.	$1200 per year / 100 per month Prepaid (plus tax) Must purchase support within 90 days of software purchase.
For Above	Hourly support per hour Does not provide free upgrades to new technologies.	$70 per hour $70 per hour for after hours and holidays
Travel	Details	Rate
Travel – Within city	Minimum $5 fee - surcharge	40 cents per km
Travel – Car	Per kilometer outside of city area	37 cents km
Travel – Flight	Must be prepaid or provide return ticket	Prepaid at cost
Travel – Accommodations		Billed at cost

Discounts apply for weekly rates or term projects. Please contact us for more details.

Support plans provide service and program upgrades at a much reduced cost. Regular service or maintenance is not part of support. Support is a means of lowering cost development amongst users of our software. We are in a specialized vertical market.

Support plans allow us to work closer with our customers and industry ensuring the best service possible and the latest technologies. With annual support you receive upgrades to these technologies.

Taxes are extra. Rates do not include applicable GST or PST.
Rates are in Canadian Funds.
Rates may vary for sub-contract work.
Customers outside of Canada pay in US funds less 5% of Canadian Rates.
Rates may change or vary in situations such as fuel increases and travel.
50% deposits will be required on all new projects.

Important Note: The fixing of bugs, errors, and defects are all part of the development process of any piece of software and are, therefore, billable.
Time spent on third party systems is also billable if those systems fail or conflict with our software.
