Annual support

Includes after hours support.

Includes free upgrades on minor versions, otherwise upgrades may be at regular rates. 20 incidents. Does not carry over if unused.

$1200 per year / 100 per month

Prepaid (plus tax)

Must purchase support within 90 days of software purchase.

Discounts apply for weekly rates or term projects. Please contact us for more details.


Support plans provide service and program upgrades at a much reduced cost.  Regular service or maintenance is not part of support. Support is a means of lowering cost development amongst users of our software. We are in a specialized vertical market.

Support plans allow us to work closer with our customers and industry ensuring the best service possible and the latest technologies. With annual support you receive upgrades to these technologies.

Taxes are extra.  Rates do not include applicable GST or PST.
Rates are in Canadian Funds.
Rates may vary for sub-contract work.
Customers outside of Canada pay in US funds less 5% of Canadian Rates.
Rates may change or vary in situations such as fuel increases and travel.
50% deposits will be required on all new projects.

Important Note: The fixing of bugs, errors, and defects are all part of the development process of any piece of software and are, therefore, billable.
Time spent on third party systems is also billable if those systems fail or conflict with our software.
