TIS QuickShip Software

TIS QuickShip Software is another proven tool for any business sending any kind of shipment. This software is truly quick and easy. It provides bar-coded labels and manifests with pricing and COD tracking. It works by itself or can be used to upload shipments into our Dispatch Manager II software for effective distribution. The software has the ability to pick the route based on postal codes.

The advanced feature is that you can upload shipment requests to a host computer running our Dispatch Manager II (DM2) software. The DM2 system provides a considerable savings on staff and telephone usage allow staff to do more productive tasks with less error and less data entry! DM2 consolidates all orders and generates routed manifests.

This product may be customized to specific needs as we have done for clients who use keyboard wedge bar-code readers for reading in a bar code that fills in information. As well we offer the option to insert automated pricing based on pieces, weight and destination for custom rate levels. It uses by default Bar-code 39 and can be setup to use any bar code type.

This software has connectivity to weigh scales. It captures the weight for each order. Additional weigh in and weigh out options are also available for bulk commodities to report gross tare and net weights as well as providing detailed packing lists.

Carriers that purchase the Dispatch Manager II system can distribute a client version of Shippers software to their customers or at branch locations. This allows orders to be uploaded to the carriers office. This software be used by regional airlines, courier or trucking companies. Please ask for details.
