Support plans provide service and program upgrades
at reduced rate. Regular service or
maintenance is not part
of support. Support
is a means of lowering cost development amongst users of our software.
Support plans allow us to work closer with our
customers and industry ensuring the best service possible and the latest
technologies. With annual support you receive upgrades to these technologies.
Taxes are extra.
Rates do not include applicable GST or PST.
Rates are in Canadian Funds.
Rates may vary for sub-contract work.
Customers outside of Canada pay in US funds less 15%
of Canadian Rates.
Rates may change or vary in situations such as fuel
increases and travel.
50% deposits will be required on all new projects.
Important Note: The fixing of bugs, errors, and defects are all part of
the development process of any piece of software and are, therefore, billable.
Time spent on third party systems is also billable if those systems
fail or conflict with our software.
